FLAVOR

This was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this week topic...... The apple from the tree of knowledge, wonder how it tasted?

This is a quick pencil sketch, posterised.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

And how does it taste! Apples are great. Looks somehow greedy this person behind the apple. Must be good! Happy New Year!

Very juicy! You've managed to capture that initial moment of crunching impact. Nice colors and energy!

The person about to bite looks like they are expecting something more than flavour. The nose is a bit pinched and seems to be expecting a surprise. Looks great.

This is an interesting aspect to flavor, I like it. You used very fine colours for posterising and the drawing is very strong. Wonder how the knowledge fruit tastes, this eater is hungry for it. A very Happy New Year to you !

Thank you all for your nice comment, you just made my day :)

This is the first time I digitally change a painting/drawing, so this was a nice change, though my personal style is more old fashion....that is, hand made (I am not so good in digital art, -yet).

The original sketch can be seen under the link on the right "My Paintings" -"Welcome" (in english) - and sketches.....

Happy new fantastic 2006!

Reminds me of one of my mother's stories... her brother told her what a great apple tree it was, and took a bite of an apple to show her how yummy it was, so my mother then took a great big bite and it was UNRIPE and SOUR! I hope this person isn't in for the same sort of shock!

Good flavour!

And Happy New Year!
